1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and qq44 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, accessing any feature of the Platform, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform. qq44 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them regularly. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Use of the qq44 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. Registration is not permitted for persons who fall outside these criteria, and any account found to be in breach may be suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the Platform.
• You must be a resident of or physically present in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, consultant, or agent of qq44 or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the qq44 Platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or under different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. To register, you must supply accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.

Account Security Obligations

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• You must notify qq44 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• qq44 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account that arises from your failure to keep login credentials secure.
• Account sharing or transferring your account to another individual is strictly prohibited.

qq44 reserves the right to require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or the withholding of withdrawal requests.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

qq44 supports a range of local Bangladeshi payment methods to ensure fast and convenient transactions for all players. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Mobile banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are all accepted for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Internet banking: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank are supported for deposits.
• Card payments: Visa and Mastercard are accepted subject to availability by your issuing bank.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 unless otherwise stated in a promotional offer.

Withdrawal Processing Rules

• Withdrawals are processed within 1-3 business days after successful KYC verification. Expedited processing may be available for verified VIP accounts.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• qq44 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, source of funds, or payment method ownership.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

qq44 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, daily reload bonuses, free spins, and sports betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer and the general bonus rules set out in this section. Bonuses are credited in BDT and are non-transferable between accounts.

• A wagering requirement (rollover) applies to all bonus funds. The standard rollover requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated on the offer. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
• qq44 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice if it suspects abuse, collusion, or any other violation of these Terms.
• Each promotional offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Players who are found to be exploiting bonus offers through systematic or automated play patterns may have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed. qq44 interprets these terms in good faith and will apply judgment fairly in disputed cases.

6. Responsible Gaming

qq44 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable entertainment environment. We strongly encourage all players to approach gambling as a form of entertainment, not as a means to generate income. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to help our players maintain control.

• Self-exclusion: Players may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed prematurely.
• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limits take effect immediately upon request and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Time-out: Players may take a time-out break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, the account remains accessible to view history but no betting activity is permitted.

7. Fair Play and Platform Security

• All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG technology, ensuring no outcome can be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party including qq44 staff.
• Any attempt to use software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• qq44 employs advanced fraud detection systems. Suspicious account activity will trigger a review, during which the account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qq44 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Money laundering, structuring deposits to evade reporting thresholds, or using the Platform for any other illicit financial activity.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker or sharing betting information on live events.
• Using multiple accounts, proxy servers, or VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, account suspensions, or bonus eligibility rules.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Platform staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the Platform, including its API endpoints, game servers, or payment gateways.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qq44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if qq44 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

qq44's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Amendments to These Terms

qq44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the version number and effective date displayed at the top of this page. We may also notify registered Players by email or by a notice displayed upon login.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the qq44 Platform after any amendment is posted constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and withdraw any remaining account balance.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which qq44 operates. In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact qq44 support at [email protected] in the first instance. qq44 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days of a formal written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under mutually agreed rules before pursuing any other legal remedy. Nothing in this clause prevents qq44 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
